Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pest & Insect Prevention products (opened or used items)
- Outdoor Small Engine equipment with fuel or oil added
- Any items that are personalized or made-to-order
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
